Don't go spring broke: the Spring Break shopping list

Spring break doesn't always mean spring broke

So in case you didn't realize it already... spring break is here y'all. Okay, maybe it isn't your EXACT spring break but it'll be here sooner than you know it. I have two words for you: don't panic. That's right, just chill. Although your wallet is screaming at you to "STOP BUYING THINGS" how can you listen to it at a time like this? Spring break is just around the corner and while your trip is planned your bags are not packed and your wardrobe is a weird mish-mash of sweaters and swimsuits. But never fear, I've broken things down for everything you need whether if you've not actually booked the trip yet or you plan on having a staycation that involves plenty of pampering.

If your trip isn't booked yet (or you need a new bag)

Multiple flights can get expensive and sometimes it's easier to get to a place by bus. With Megabus you don't need to worry about renting a car or the endless hours you'll probably end up at an airport. You also don't need to worry about your flight getting cancelled.

Hotels.com can help with not only the booking of a hotel but a flight as well. You can book your entire trip through the site and take out all the hassle of scouring the Internet for the best deals.

Let's face it, your duffel bag can only get you so far. If you're a terrible packer like I am, eBags has you covered with their ingenious packing cubes. They also have everything from full-on luggage to backpacks.

Don't spend all your time on Spring Break trying to figure out what to do. With the Go City Card you can take in all the hottest attractions from some of the most amazing cities. Let me just go ahead and say, you're welcome.

No Spring Break is complete without a first-aid (aka hangover cure) kit. Pharmapacks has everything you need from ibuprofen to sun screen, because being sunburned isn't a good look for anyone.

If you're headed to the beach (and maybe even a resort)

No trip to the beach is complete without a pair of killer shades. Ray-ban has the classic styles you crave and will look good no matter if you're on vacation or heading to class.

What is a resort trip without a swimsuit? I mean, what is even the point. Prettylittlething keeps things sassy and classy with their retro inspired bikinis and one pieces. They also have the trends that keep things current.

If you're more of an actual swimmer rather than a by the pool kind of person, Roxy has the swimsuits that will not ride up nor cause an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction when you're taking in the surf.

Sometimes you don't want to rock sandals and that's okay. Nasty Gal can take your resort wear to the next level so you can look stellar for a special dinner out.

On the other hand, Public Desire has the slides you need to complete any casual pool look. They also have whatever type of shoe you need to complete your Spring Break aesthetic.

If you're going skiing (or just chilling in the snow)

All I'm saying is that if you're gonna go full ski bunny or ski bro, you need to have a great pair of goggles. Oakley outfits the Olympians so you KNOW you're in good hands with them.

Speaking of the ski bunny lifestyle, UGG will keep you cuddly and cozy even in the coldest of temperatures. Ain't nobody wanna freeze on Spring Break.

Quiksilver has the gear you need to go hard in the paint, even though in skiing there really isn't any paint to go hard in. That being said, who wants to RENT gear. Think of all the people that wiped out before you. With Quiksilver, you don't need to worry.

Under Armour isn't just for football and basketball. Keep the "serious athlete" vibe by outfitting yourself in Under Armour. Plus it'll impress the others on the slopes or at least it should if you have the swag to pull the look off.

Snow is absolutely no problem for a pair of Dr. Martens. Forego the traditional snow boot for some fleece-lined Docs. This way you can kick ass AND take names and not get tripped up by the heavy snow boot.

If you plan on partying the night away (or just treating yo self)

It's Spring Break! Go wild with your look! Lime Crime has the palettes and metallic velvetines you need to bring the tropics to your face. They also have unicorn hair which is semi-permanent so you don't have to fully commit to the color but can have an Insta ready look for all the Spring Break pics.

ghd will make sure that no matter the climate, your hair stays flawless. Nothing is worse than having a frizzy head of hair as you're trying to catch the eye of the hottie at the bar, the beach, or the slopes.

Don't sleep on Sigma beauty. Take your smoky eye to a new level each and every day you're on vacation. Stay on trend in every situation. Isn't that what Spring Break is all about? Looking fabulous?

If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of school life and your Spring Break is all about relaxation, then Ren Skincare has you covered. Whether you need a cleanser, body lotion, or sleep spray, you can get it with Ren Skincare.

2018 is all about the brows, don't believe me? Then just look around. Avoid a brow mishap by using BH cosmetics to keep your brows looking flawless (even after you've taken a dip in the pool).
