What Is Barre3?Barre3 is the brain child of Sadie and Chris Lincoln, it is an innovative studio workout and a whole new culture of health and wellbeing. Can I Have A Sneak Preview Before I Try It?Yes! To top things off, I rounded up a couple of the girls from the office and we took part in a 10 minute Barre3 workout.
