The code can only be used to buy one of the following digital railcards: 16-17 Saver, 16-25 Railcard, 26-30 Railcard, Family & Friends' Railcard, Network Railcard, Senior Railcard and Two Together Railcard. The offer excludes the Disabled Person's Railcard and Veterans' Railcard. The offer's limited to one railcard per account. 1) Promo codes can be used on all Trip.com platforms, including the app, website, and mobile site. 2) Eligibility: 10% OFF for existing trip.com customers. 3) Promo period: Once claimed, promo codes are valid until 31 December 2026 4) The Railcard must be activated by purchasing any train ticket through the Trip.com platform (no minimum spend). Activation is required before use and must be completed within 180 days of purchase. Inactivated Railcards will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. 5) Promo codes can only be used once per user account and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Only one promo code can be used per device, email address, or account of payment. 6) Once the booking has been confirmed, promo codes will not be returned if the booking is cancelled. Promo codes will be returned to your account if you cancel your booking before tickets are issued or if tickets cannot be issued. 7) Trip.com reserves the right to immediately and without prior notice cancel any promotional offers and related bookings made by malicious users, including but not limited to users who make fraudulent accounts and bookings, take advantage of software vulnerabilities, or take part in any behaviour that Trip.com deems to be malicious. 8) Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation.
