The REFERENCE PRICE corresponds to the lowest price charged on the WEBSITE to all consumers during the 30 days preceding the announcement of the price reduction, including any previously reduced price where applicable, and for the rental affected by the promotional offer. The announced discount percentage applies to this REFERENCE PRICE as defined above.
