Part A – Standard Competition Terms
1. Promoter:
a. The promoter is Myunidays Limited of Spaces 3rd Floor, Epworth House, City Road, London, England, EC1Y 1AA.
b. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries or affiliates in any manner.
2. Eligibility
a. To enter this competition you must be aged 16 years old or over and a resident of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are 16 years old or over and a resident of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.
b. This competition is not open to:
i. employees of the Promoter or its subsidiary companies;
ii. employees of agents of the Promoter or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
iii. employees of NFL International Ltd (the Sponsor) or its subsidiary companies; or
iv. members of the immediate families or households of (i), (ii), and (iii) above.
c. The Promoter will not accept and will not count competition entries that are:
i. automatically generated by a computer (including systems which can be programmed to vote) or by macros;
ii. completed by third parties or in bulk;
iii. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
iv. incomplete.
d. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
e. Participants must have a verified UNiDAYS® account during the competition period.
f. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and if you cannot, you may be disqualified from the competition.
g. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent the condition in (2)(c)(i), for example by masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to participate in the competition, that participant will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
f. If entrants are under 18, the Promoter may require parental or guardian consent for participation and publicity.
h. This competition is void where prohibited by law.
3. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
a. Together the “Part A - Standard Competition Terms” and “Part B - Specific Competition Terms” constitute the Terms and Conditions applicable to the competition.
b. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before taking part in the competition. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Data Protection
a. To enter the competition, the Promoter will collect the following personal data directly from you via the competition entry form on the UNiDAYS app/website: your name, email address, education institution and a link to your submission. This personal data is collected by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the competition; this includes judging the competition entries, selecting a shortlist and winner and contacting the shortlist and winner to arrange for the prize to be administered. In collecting this personal data from you, the Promoter is acting as the data controller of your personal data.
b. If your entry is shortlisted, this will be shared with the Sponsor for the purpose of judging the shortlisted entries and choosing a Winner.
c.If you are the Winner of the competition, the Promoter may also collect the following additional personal data directly from you: bank name, bank account number and sort code. This personal data is collected by the Promoter’s supplier (Raptor Marketing Ltd, ‘Raptor’) and its secure sub-processor, Liveforce Limited (both incorporated in the UK with Liveforce’s data stored in Ireland) on behalf of the Promoter for the purposes of reimbursing travel and accommodation costs incurred in relation to attending the half-day shadowing portion of the Grand Prize Package. Winners will input their bank details directly into Liveforce, which processes these details solely for reimbursement purposes.
d. By entering the competition, you agree that if you win, you will participate, for no additional fee, in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter, the Sponsor, their agents or suppliers. This publicity includes publicity on the Promoter’s or Sponsor’s platform, social media channels and at the half-day shadowing event.
e. If you are based in the UK/EEA, the primary lawful basis upon which the Promoter relies to process your personal data under UK/EEA data protection law is performance of a contract - the processing of your personal data is necessary to (i) perform these Terms and Conditions and administer the competition; and (ii) share the winning entries on the Promoter’s platform and social media channels for publicity purposes.For publicity uses beyond what is strictly necessary, we rely on our legitimate interests in promoting the competition; you may object to this at any time by contacting DPO@myunidays.com.
f. The Promoter will retain your personal data for as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business interest to do so (for example, for the performance of the contract with you, to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements or to protect against fraud). The Promoter may retain your personal data for a longer period to address a complaint or if the Promoter reasonably believes that litigation in respect to our relationship with you is possible. When the Promoter has no ongoing legitimate business interest to process your personal data, the data will be deleted or anonymised. Unsuccessful entries will be deleted within two (2) years of the competition closing. Winners’ details will be retained for six (6) years for audit/tax purposes.
g. The Promoter will share your personal data with the following parties for the purpose of administering the competition:
i. the Promoter’s affiliates;
ii. third party partners and suppliers. For example, we will transfer your personal data to our third party partners who are Sponsors of this competition, for the purpose of judging the competition entries;
iii. Raptor. As per clause 12.a), the Winner will receive a half-day shadowing a senior creative designer at NFL International Ltd in London. Raptor will provide reasonable travel arrangements for the Winner to attend this day on the Promoter’s behalf, at no cost to the Winner. Bank details will be processed only by Raptor and its sub-processor Liveforce for reimbursement purposes.
Where your personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA by us or on our behalf, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data. At present, Liveforce stores data in Ireland and therefore no Third Country transfer applies. If any future transfer outside the UK/EEA is required, we will rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. h. By accepting the terms and conditions and entering the competition, you agree that if you win, the Promoter and the Sponsors may publish your submission on its platform and social media channels for publicity purposes. If you are based in the United Kingdom, the Promoter may also publicise your name and county if you win. If you object to your name being published, please contact the Promoter at DPO@myunidays.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

5. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
a. All competition entries and any accompanying materials (“Entry Materials”) submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
b. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
i. assign to the Promoter all intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
ii. waive all moral rights,
in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
iii. You agree that Promoter has the worldwide, royalty-free rights to reproduce, re-publish, and distribute the Content.
c. Where applicable, by submitting your competition entry you confirm that:
i. the competition entry is an original entry and has not been copied wholly or substantially from any other source;
ii. you are the owner of all rights in the competition entry;
iii. your entry is not defamatory or offensive; and
iv. your entry does not infringe the rights of any third-party.
iv. You agree to the Promoter using your entry in promoting the Promotion.
d. Where applicable, to the extent that your competition entry includes a third-party image, you confirm that any rights arising in such image have been waived for that use. If an image is of a person under 18, parental or guardian consent must be provided.
e. You hereby agree to provide evidence of any required consents at the Promoter’s request. If you fail to provide such evidence, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify you from entering the competition.
6. Promoter’s Rights
a. If the Promoter reasonably believes you have breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may exclude you from participating in the competition.
b. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, cancel or amend the competition at any time, where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of events outside of its control.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for withdrawal of the competition, system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received entries or winner notifications that are the result of events outside of the Promoter’s control.
b. The Promoter or its agents will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failures or otherwise.
c. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the fault of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed under the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from, or related to, your use of the service shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Part B – Specific Competition Terms
10. Additional eligibility criteria
a. This competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
b. All designs must be original creations and the sole work of the entrant.
c. Entries must be submitted in a digital format as specified on the competition's submission portal. Acceptable file types include high-resolution JPG, PNG, or PDF files. You may also be asked to submit design sketches, mood boards, or other supporting documents.
d. Designs created solely by generative AI are not permitted. However, AI tools may be used as an aid in the design process, such as for mood board creation, sketching, or minor touch-ups. The final submission must reflect a substantial creative contribution by the human designer.
e. Your entry must be no larger than 10MB and have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. It should not contain any watermarks, signatures, or personal branding.
11. Entry Mechanics
a. The competition will run from 00.01 GMT on 1 October 2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 23.59 BST on 31 October 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
b. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
c. To enter the Competition, each entrant must accurately complete and submit the entry form via the UNiDAYS platform, including a link to an original piece or pieces of clothing created by the entrant. The entrant should highlight any specific efforts that went into the design of the clothing.
d. No purchase necessary; however internet connection will be required.
12. The Prize
a. One Grand Prize Package comprised of a pair of tickets to the 2026 NFL International Series games; a gift voucher to the value of £250 or €250 (depending on region of residency) available to be redeemed on NFL Shop Europe; a featured post on NFL UK & IRE’s social channels (including but not limited to Instagram); and a half-day shadowing a senior creative designer in the Sponsor’s London office. The Winner’s entry will also be manufactured and made available for a limited-time purchase through NFL Shop Europe.
c. There is one (1) Grand Prize Package to be won.
d. Prizes are subject to availability. Promoter may substitute with prize of equal value.
e. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
f. The Prize is supplied by UNiDAYS. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
g. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
h. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
13. Deciding the winner(s)
a. Judging Process: The winning entry will be decided by a panel of judges selected by the Promoter through three rounds of judging. All entries will first be reviewed by a judge from the initial judging panel who will longlist entries based on how well they fit the Judgement Criteria. The longlisted entries will then be reviewed by an initial judging panel who will select up to ten (10) shortlisted entries (“Finalists”) based on the Judgement Criteria. The shortlisted entries will then be evaluated by a final round judging panel who will then select the Grand Prize winners based on the Judgement Criteria.
b. Judgement Criteria: Judges will be evaluating entries to determine a winner based on whether the entry is (i) aesthetically pleasing, (ii) demonstrates skill and innovation in design, and (iii) is inspired by the NFL, its teams or the sport as a whole, merging team identity, sports culture, and contemporary fashion.
c. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
d. Full names of judges will be available upon request for a period of 28 days from the Closing Date.
14. Winner Announcement
a. Winners will be notified by email on or before 30 November 2025.
b. A list of winners (including name, county/region and winning entry) will be available for 42 days from 30 November 2025 (“Announcement Date”). The list of winners is available upon sending a written request including a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter at: Spaces 3rd Floor, Epworth House, City Road, London, England, EC1Y 1AA.
15. Claiming the Prize
a. The winners will be contacted by email on or before the Announcement Date.
b. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 14 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner (a “Reserve Winner”).
c. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
d. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
16. Miscellaneous
a. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.
b. The Promoter may update these Terms by publishing a revised version before the Closing Date.
