It's the beginning of the year, you know it's fitness time! What better way to get motivated than to get the fitness queen herself, Lucy Mecklenburgh, down to our HQ to whip us into shape and give us a serious workout. We invited some of our favourite up and coming fitness and health bloggers down to join us for a workout and nutrition talk with the Results With Lucy crew, Cecilia, her trainer and Louise, her nutritionist.
We kicked off with a really inspiring and interesting nutrition talk from Louise where we didn't talk about fad diets and restriction, we chatted all about how to understand what you're eating and how to listen to your body when it comes to what you're putting in it. We all had a great chat and learned something new, this lady knows her stuff!
