Voucher packs are limited to one pack per verified member per month. Each voucher can only be used once. Only one promotion or offer, which may be a promotion code, voucher, discount and reward, will apply to each trip and the one with the highest value is always applied first, where more than one promotion or offer are of the same value (being the highest value), the one with the earlier expiry date will apply first. Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. DiDi reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of the credit for fraudulently created accounts. By requesting, purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem the promotional code, the user accepts and agrees to be bound by DiDi's applicable terms and conditions.

After you've logged in to your UNiDAYS account and selected the DiDi offer, you'll be taken to a unique landing page on DiDi’s website where you'll need to enter your mobile phone number. If you have already created a DiDi account using your mobile phone number, DiDi will add the voucher pack to your existing account. If you haven’t previously created a DiDi account using your mobile phone number, follow the instructions to create one and DiDi will automatically load the voucher pack onto your new account. The discounts will automatically apply next time you take a trip with DiDi.
