UNiDAYS x GLASSONS

Glassons is a New Zealand womenswear company that was founded in the early 1900s. The brand’s come a long way in 100+ years: they know it takes passion, dedication, and collaboration to get to the top of the game. Something else they know is that success is always trending – and women of all ages and backgrounds deserve to have every possible shot at it. We’re stoked to have Glassons as our official partner for SWOTY 2019.

What happens once the SWOTY is named?

The winner of the UNiDAYS x Glassons Student Woman of the Year 2019 will receive $2,000 to invest in herself.

UNiDAYS Director Of Launchpad

Kristi is the Global Head of our Launchpad program at UNiDAYS, which brings life-changing opportunities to students around the world. She is a thought-leader on the subject of conscious capitalism: helping brands do good for others. She is also an award-winning songwriter, was crowned Miss Montana (YAS QUEEN), and is an international public speaker for the student non-profit Rachel’s Challenge. Advocating for young people has been Kristi’s passion for her entire career.

Prue brings 20+ years’ experience in marketing and brand management. She has held senior positions at some of the world’s most innovative retail organisations, including Selfridges, Topshop, ASOS, David Jones, Sportsgirl, and Westfield. Prue played a major role in several industry-first initiatives for Topshop UK, ASOS, and Sportsgirl, with particular focus on new technologies.

Adele moved to Sydney a decade ago from Manchester. A natural people person with a business background, Adele thrives when it comes to mentoring and collaborating – and for much of her eight-year career, two of her main focuses have been education and helping others get ahead. She's worked with brands such as Red Bull, Apple, and Adidas, plus has been instrumental in UNiDAYS initiatives involving student designers and aspiring content creators.
