By entering the promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
3. To enter the promotion, you must be 18 years old or over. By entering the promotion, you confirm that you are 18 years old or over. 4.To enter: You must participate in the UNiDAYS Mother’s Day Quiz, and supply a working email address.
4. Promotion period: Entries must be made on the UNiDAYS blog between: 09/02/2017 00.01 GMT - 22/03/2017 10.00 GMT.
5. No purchase is necessary; however internet connection may be required.
6. All valid entries received from entrants holding a verified UNiDAYS account during the promotional period will be judged by panel of suitably qualified persons against set criteria.
7. The winner will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the close of the competition. Any prizes offered by UNiDAYS must be claimed within 21 Days of announcement of the winners. The promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
8. The prizes consists of a prize for your mother, up to the value of £50.
9. By entering, you agree that if you win, you will participate, for no additional fee, in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
10. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
11. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to vote), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to participate in the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entry or entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
13. UNiDAYS reserves the right to end any promotion without warning at any time.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for withdrawal of the Promotion, system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
15. Any personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. By entering the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use the data collected from you for the purposes of sending you marketing communications on sales and promotions held by the Promoter. The data will not be disclosed by the Promoter to any other organisation that is not associated with the Promoter unless you have opted in to such communications when entering the promotion.
16. Entry to the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. A full list of winners will be available for up to six weeks after the end of the promotion entry date by sending a SAE to the address detailed above.
