You guys know that we love to review a bit of protein and we love working out. We usually need to work off our weekly Cake Thursday treats because we point blank won't give them up. For one of our workouts this week we headed down to the gym with some awesome new Myprotein kit to review. Let's see what the guys thought of their fresh new gym garms!
Lydia chose the Medium Support Zip Front Sports Bra in Pink Marl and the Tie Die Pink Stringer Vest.
[blockquote quote="I love adding a bit of of colour to my gym outfits so MyProtein is perfect for this! The sports bra has a zip at the front so taking it off after a tough arm workout is a dream!" name="Lydia"]
[blockquote quote="It's not very often you find gym shorts which are so comfy and breathable when you're working out. These are probably the best shorts I've tried by far." name="Danny"]Steph & Katie both chose the Graffiti Tank Top in Gold and Blue Structure. This top has adjustable double straps and an integrated sports bra which ensures maximum support that you can adjust to fit your shape. These both come with matching shorts or leggings too so if pairing up is your thing, Myprotein is the brand for you! [blockquote quote="I really liked the style of the racerback top as I struggle to find similar styles elsewhere. Plus I love that it's double-lined." name="Steph"]
Myprotein's new range is full of bright colours and funky prints that we all loved. Something that all the girls found was that it's best to size up in tops and size down in the leggings. Danny also found that it was best to size up in tops but shorts fitted true to size. They all tried a couple of sizes before we settled on what we'd definitely be wearing.
[blockquote quote="I would definitely recommend sizing up as the top was quite tight, especially if you want to wear sports bra." name="Steph"]
[blockquote quote="My top was a good fit when I went for a bigger size. It wasn't too short so no need to worry about popping out when running around. Everything managed to stay in place!" name="Katie"]
Maddy chose the High-Waisted Colour Block Leggings in purple. These also come in a teal and a blue colour if purple isn't your thing! These are super high waisted so you don't need to worry about them falling down.
[blockquote quote="I loved the design of these leggings and they were super comfy but I'd definitely recommend sizing down as I had a lot of breathing room." name="Maddy"]A big thanks to my amazing models, Lydia, Steph, Danny, Maddy & Katie! And an even bigger thank you to Virgin Active Nottingham for letting us do our shoot in their gym, you guys rock!
