Mini Christmas Pudding Recipe

Christmas is the perfect time to get in the kitchen and cook up a storm! I’ve created this super simple, student budget friendly chocolatey recipe, perfect for impressing your friends, housemates and family. These last up to 5 days, so why not whip some up for a great last minute homemade gift?

Ingredients - Makes 5/6

200g milk (or dark chocolate) 50g marshmallows A knob of butter 50g Rice Krispies 50g white chocolate Holly edible decorations

Method

Get a large pan and add 150g of the milk chocolate, butter and marshmallows and warm on a low heat until the mixture is smooth, before removing from the heat. Slowly add the rice krispies, stirring as you go along When the mixture has completely cooled, form into 5 or 6 balls and leave to cool in the fridge for one hour. When chilled, melt the remaining milk chocolate and cover each of the balls- then pop them back into the fridge until they have set. Lastly, melt the white chocolate and carefully spoon the mixture onto each ball, finish with edible decorations, and you’re good to go!
