4 menswear Instagrammers you need to know

Instagram is one of those places that annoys me and excites me in equal measures. If you spend enough time sifting through the teeth whitening promo crowd you’ll be sure to find some hidden gems and some guys that are putting themselves out there in the style stakes.

Whether you’re a sartorialist at heart, prefer a more stylised look or like to opt for classic, minimalist pieces, there’s something for everyone. I pull from all directions when it comes to my own style and whilst I wouldn’t necessarily wear everything these guys put out there it’s great to take inspiration and see these guys putting us on the map when it comes to fashion. With that in mind today I’ve decided to run down just 4 Instagrammers that are worth a follow when it comes to finding your #menswearinspo.

Dan Rhone

@danielrhone

I worked with Dan a while back on a magazine and I’ve yet to come across a nicer and sharper dressed dude. Previously a personal shopper for Topman’s flagship store, Dan now works for Selfridges and has dressed the likes of Tottenham Hotspur’s Dele, Dave Berry and Douglas Booth. For sartorial and dressed up looks, Dan’s your go to guy.

Matt Pike

@mat_buckets

Matt’s one of those understated, super cool guys. He heads up Bucket & Spades, a fashion, design and lifestyle blog and has worked with a crazy amount of brands from the likes of Whistles, Converse, Airbnb and Penny Skateboards. His style is a mixture of classics, heritage, minimalism and adds perfect little twists to it all. Check out his Instagram for perfect pictures of coffee, clothes and strangely satisfying angles of buildings and shadows.

Joey London

@joeylondonstyle

Joey is probably one of those guys you’re going to love or hate. Actually scrap that, you’ll hate him in public but probably love him in private. He’s shred, wears some awesome clothes and travels the world for a living - see what I mean? Joey’s blogging style is like that of chatting with a mate, he’s all about the fun and this is reflected in a lot of the outfits he posts too. Out of these guys he’s probably the most trend-led so you’ll definitely be able to mimic some of his outfits when shopping on the highstreet or online.

Tushar

@theeverydaygent

Tushar I imagine, will be quite an unexpected entry into this list. Living in Melbourne, Australia for me I just love to see how cool some of these guys on the opposite side of planet are dressing. Every single photo he posts is precision perfect from coffee to watches and even down to some seriously sexy tile shots. His style is a mix of Scandi minimalism, sportswear the occasional dash of formal attire.

Feel free to drop me a line with some other accounts I should get following. I don’t know how I actually managed to even pick 4, maybe I’ll turn this into a sort of series as I find more killer menswear Instagrammers!
