A lazy person's guide to keeping comfortable during exams

It's the FINALS countdown

The anxiety has set in and the end of the semester (and potentially graduation) is around the corner. It's okay, you've got this. All that's between you and sweet, sweet freedom are a few pesky tests and papers. Take it from me, your resident lazy girl, that taking finals is the WORST especially due to the fact your exam is probably not at the time your class was NOR is it in the room you're usually in. The worst thing of all is that the exam could be ON A SATURDAY! All that aside, you can't show up to the exam naked (as much as you may want to if your alarm doesn't go off and you're late). So here I am to give you a short guide on what you can wear to feel your best and therefore do your best on your final exams:

1. Sweats

American Apparel has you covered when it comes to comfy basics. Doesn't matter if you need to be warm in the freezing classroom or need to wear something loose so you don't feel constricted, they've got both. Try one of their flex fleece hoodies or the peppered fleece boyfriend sweatpants.

2. Slides

Not gonna lie, I HATE sandals. Always have, always will. However when you're struggling to get your pants on as you sprint out the door, Puma comes in pretty clutch with their Leadcat Slide Sandals. Good for both dashing out the door AND lounging by the pool once your exams are over.

3. Maxi-Dress

Dresses are a secret weapon when it comes to ease. You never have to worry about feeling like the walls are closing in when you've got a maxi-dress on. With the Aerie you have the added benefit of being able to go from the exam to an after exam celebration and still look cute af.

4. Sneakers

Let's be real. Sneakers are an extremely important part of rushing to make it to your exam on time. Who wants to get blisters while walking across campus? Not me. Adidas is a classic and you will never look better than when you wear the EQT Bask ADV Shoes. Then again, any Adidas gear is pretty on trend.

5. Jumpsuit

ASOS is pretty much a one stop for anything you could ever want. What's even better is the fact they have jumpsuits for not just girls but guys as well. Why a jumpsuit? Um you don't have to worry about your shirt coming untucked or riding up while you're furiously writing down your final answer. The Minimal Jumpsuit is great for Summer and will help you beat a sweat that is almost guaranteed to break out as you stare blankly at the paper. The Slim Short Jumpsuit is great for the essay portion as you don't have to worry about sleeves.

6. Oversized t-shirt and shorts

Alright, we ALL know that an oversized t-shirt and shorts are basically the exam time uniform. Doesn't matter if you're going to the library or posted up in the cafeteria, you probably look like you're going to the gym and we ALL know you're not. Reebok is an easy go-to for the gear when it comes to a t-shirt or shorts.

The reasoning behind this is that you're probably pulling all-nighters every night and the likelihood of you sleeping through you alarm is VERY high. The easier the outfit to put on, the more time you have to frantically run to your exam.
