Summer is around the corner and the time is now to get fitter, leaner and stronger. If you’re a student like me, this time is very stressful! You’ve got numerous coursework deadlines and summer exams are coming which isn’t cool. So, why not give your mind a break with this easy but very effective fat burning HIIT workout.
This workout I’ve designed is a great way to burn fat and to get your heart rate soaring. If you’re not a fan of the gym, haven’t got a membership or just don’t fancy leaving your house today, don’t worry! All you need for this workout is a bit of space, a stopwatch, a water bottle and your favourite playlist!
Each exercise is done for 40 seconds with a 20 seconds rest - give it a try and get those results you deserve!
