4 of the best places to eat in Berlin

So I recently ventured over to Berlin for a little mini break and I’ve been waiting to share some of the epic eats I experienced over there.

Berlin seriously has it all and I don’t think there was a time my stomach wasn’t full. I’ve spent hours going back through all of my favourites on Instagram and somehow managed to whittle it down to just four awesome places you need to try.

Pho

If you’re into seriously good Asian food, then Pho is the place to visit. This tiny restaurant is a real hidden gem, it seats about 30 people at a push and is pretty chaotic but amongst it all, there’s some really tasty food up for grabs.

I’d definitely recommend going for the Mr & Mrs Pho which combines three different types of steak, noodles and a traditional broth.

Distrikt Coffee

Wherever I go, I’m always on the lookout for some good coffee and Distrikt certainly delivers on that front. If you find yourself in Berlin and in need of brunch, then look no further.

This place serves up a pretty extensive menu from epic ham, crisp and cheese sandwiches to super sweet and delicious french toast. I’d love to have stayed for a few days more just to work my way through their menu.

Pacifico

Back on the evening vibes, this time with some epic bao buns. I don’t know what it is but I seriously can’t get enough of these sweet, sticky steamed goodies.

Pacifico has a super cool, laid-back vibe and works on a bit of a serve yourself set up. You have an open view into the kitchen where the chefs are putting together some really fresh, top quality grub and the whole place is just awesome.

My top tip is going for the pork belly and chicken katsu boa buns!

No Fire No Glory

No Fire No Glory was the first coffee shop that I found when wandering around Berlin. This place was filled with super comfy chairs and sofas and I could have spent my entire first day sat there chilling.

Those that know me, know that I love a sandwich, it’s basically the best food ever and No Fire No Glory come up with the goods. I opted for a chorizo and manchego sandwich on sourdough and an awesome flat white - perfect!

There we have it guys, four of the best places to eat in Berlin, all hand tested by yours truly!
