A very vegan Christmas

We wish you a “veggie” Christmas.

Happy Holidays! It's time for your family and friends to gather around and celebrate what a year it's been. If you have a vegan friend, or you are the vegan, here are some great recipes so you won’t have to worry about anyone being left out!

1. Crispy Baked Avocado Fries

Do you love Avocados? Do you love French Fries? Well meet the lovely avocado fry, then. Who knew that avocados could be even better if you deep fried them! An image Img source

2. Vegan Garlic Buffalo Brussels Sprouts

Watch out vegans, because even meat eaters may try and steal some of these Buffalo Brussel Sprouts! Everyone loves a buffalo wing, and they’ll love it even more when they hear they are getting a serving of veggies too! An image Img source

3. Vegan Pot Pie

A holiday classic reimagined just for you! This has a strictly biscuit crust so you get little chunks of crust instead of one large piece, which sounds like heaven to me! An image Img source

4. Biscuits

Who doesn’t love a biscuit! You can do anything with it. Have it with (vegan) butter, make a sandwich, just eat about 20 plain and then complain when you're too full to eat any other food....the dream! An image Img source

5. Meatballs

So these are technically a Thanksgiving recipe, but in my opinion, meatballs are an everyday type of food! So let's just say it's Thanksgiving again and eat these heavenly meat(less)balls. An image Img source

6. Meatloaf

Ma, the meatloaf! Meatloaf is one of my all time favorite meals. Whenever I’m home I always ask my mom to make it for me. Now all you lovely vegans can enjoy the deliciousness that is meatloaf with this great lentil and chickpea recipe. An image Img source

7. Zucchini Chickpea Quinoa Salad

You always need a salad for a large meal. This salad is easy to make and will hit just the spot. An image Img source

8. Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese

Mac and Cheese is a classic. This recipe adds a twist with the butternut squash, but it sounds like a very good twist! An image Img source

9. Gingerbread Bundt Cake

Don’t feel like making gingerbread men and spending time decorating? Then make this bundt cake so you still get the flavor of gingerbread, but the only decorating you have to do is sprinkle powdered sugar on top. An image Img source

10. Chocolate Coconut Cream Pie

Another classic. Chocolate and coconut, what a great pair. With the two together in this pie, you’ll never want to eat another dessert again. An image Img source

Happy Vegan Eating!
