10 top things to do in June

Remember when we thought that winter would never end? Well, it finally has, and June’s set to be a scorcher. Not just because it looks like we might actually, maybe get some good weather, but because there’s just so much to do. So much, in fact, that we recruited our mates at DesignMyNight to round up the top 10 things to do in June across the country.

Zlatans World Cup 2018 Pop-Up - London

The jewel of Clapham is taking inspiration from none other than Zlatan Ibrahimovic for a World Cup viewing party dedicated to those that love themselves. There’s a stadium like atmosphere, football singalongs, and a gigantic HD screen playing the England games. Will this be the best football pop-up of the year? Only God knows… and he’s at Infernos.

Ales Tales Festival - London

Sometimes the only thing that can get you through the trauma of exams is 5 hours of unlimited tastings of Belgian craft beer. Luckily, Ales Tales Festival is supplying just that, taking over Oval Space to deliver electronic live music, your weight in mouthwatering Belgian chips, and over 70 beers; you might as well celebrate in style.

Moonshine Saloon - London

Yee-haw, it’s time don the Stetson hats and cowboy gear because you’re invited to a showdown at the Moonshine Saloon. A slice of the Wild West in West London, this immersive cocktail bar will see you interact with the cowboys in the bar, whether that’s by throwing dice, playing cards, or exchanging tales of adventure. While you’re there, The King of the Moonshiners will shake you up some seriously impressive cocktails.

Rum Festival - Glasgow

The rest of your student loan probably won’t cover a trip to the Caribbean, but don’t worry, The Rum Festival is coming to Glasgow. When vendors aren’t supplying you with over 100 different rums alongside a mixer and garnish of your choice, there’s street food to eat, and interesting talks from industry experts and bloggers. Of course, once the rum’s in you, you’ll probably end up storming the dance floor to the beat of steel drums.
