The best street style looks from London Fashion Week

For this seasons London Fashion Week, despite the horrific weather as Storm Denis swept upon the streets of the London, the street style looks did not disappoint. Trends from the catwalk such as ‘borrowed-from-the-boys’ atheistic alongside girl like frills were definitely evident on the streets of London too. From subtle neutral tones to vivid colour, contradicting the weather, London’s street style crowd and influencers were out in full force.

First up, this look by @ps.shadesofmylife. This look pretty much sums up the latest trends from recent months. The neutral tone of the green shirt adds a smart element, alongside the brown leather look skirt with high slit to reflect a sexy edge. Contradicted by the vivid yellow jacket and orange bag which adds a youthful fun twist. Then those shoes WOW! Animal print is all the rage at the moment and will always be an essential in most people’s wardrobe. Currently searching for a pair for myself right now.

@jessylaw definitely made a statement with this blue hew look this season. The seventies boiler suits are back in fashion, and were all here for it right? Nothing better than being comfortable and looking great and yes Jessy has nailed this. With the cobalt blue boiler suit, matching trench coat with a splash of red on the turtle neck, sunglasses and trendy trainers this is a great street style look.

Ok so if you wanted to make a statement this is how you do it. @lklevison is the definition of ‘go big or go home’. From the catwalk to the streets of London girly frills are trending for Spring Summer 2020, and this look has definitely incorporated this. The gorgeous complementing red prints, making the look stand out from the crowd. The bigger the better, right?

Matchy matchy! Sister duo @olivaandalice made wearing matching outfits with your sister fashionable this London Fashion Week. The bright yellow and floral print is all giving us spring vibes (even in the very cold, wet and windy February the UK is having). But this is all brought back down to earth those amazing black chunky boots, which by the way everyone needs in their wardrobe.

Winter whites has been a very popular trend this Autumn/Winter season and here @oliviafaeh has done it justice with her London Fashion Week Look. The all white denim tailored look stood out on the grey streets of London. Olivia paired this with a classic nude turtle neck, bag and cream boots which really made the white look pop.

Thanks for reading fellow fashionistas! Hope that gives you some street style inspiration for your own looks.
