4 series perfect for binge watching this bank holiday weekend

There’s something about a bank holiday in the UK that we just love. The thought of getting an extended weekend, a lie in and finally getting round to those important things we usually miss out on is just dreamy.

However, the weather usually has different ideas and you end up stuck inside, bored out of your mind for three straight days.

The Easter weekend looks to be no different but luckily for you guys I’ve picked out four of my favourite series that are perfect for bingeing in your 96 hours of need.

1. Stranger Things

With the recent leak about how much money the Stranger Things kids are making, I kinda feel like I should start getting my money's worth and that begins with rewatching the entire two series.

I haven’t met many people that haven’t seen Stranger Things yet, but the upside down makes this the perfect series for picking up on all those little details you missed out the first time around.

2. The Sinner

The Sinner is definitely not for the faint of heart. It’s been a while since I’ve watched a real OMG series but The Sinner delivered on every angle.

I won’t get into the plot, you need to find that out for yourselves but with just 8 episodes in this mini-series, it’s perfect for smashing through over a weekend.

3. Friends

Let’s face it, there’s practically no chance we’ll be stepping outside this bank holiday weekend. What you need is a ten series classic with over 200 episodes to chew your way through.

Enter everyone’s reliable favourite, Friends. Now, in case you’ve never watched…. Who am I kidding? Of course you’ve just about seen every episode. No matter how many I watch, I still can’t get used to Joey and Rachel kissing, is that just me?!

4. The Office

If you’re into proper British humour that leaves you cringing and squirming in your seat then you absolutely cannot beat The Office.

Everybody has worked or studied with a David Brent at some point in their lives and whilst he might seem a bit odd, it’s not all bad. Classics like the stapler in the jelly make The Office the perfect insight into British office culture and I for one, wouldn’t change it for anything!

There you have it guys, four awesome series to get your teeth into this bank holiday weekend. So ignore the weather, forget seeing your friends and family and get ready for some good old-fashioned binge watching.
