Leg lovers' guide to winter dressing

Right now, all the focus seems to be on body shaming and pressure from the media when in fact you should be celebrating all the things you love about yourself! And if your legs are one of your best assets then you might be sad at the thought of covering them up all winter in lots of thick layers. Well don’t worry - there are still loads of gorgeous ways you can show off your legs without falling victim to frostbite! legs-hero-1 You’ve still a while to go before it gets totally freezing so make the most of it by showing off in a pair of culottes! Black is always best - they’ll go with all your favourite jumpers and jackets. legs-hero-4 When the weather gets too cold to rock a 60s mini skirt then switch it up for a midi instead. Just as chic but not quite as cold; I love chocolate brown right now so this would be the one for me. legs-hero-3 A total must-have this Winter is a pair of thigh-high boots. Whether you’re into flats, chunky heels, cleated soles or fierce-and-pointy, there’s a pair out there for you. I love this pair from Public Desire and you’ll probably be surprised how much they go with. legs-hero-2 Once it starts to get colder and knitwear is a total necessity, how about investing in a cute jumper dress? This one also has a high neck which will keep you warm and toasty. legs-hero-5 Once it really does get too cold to get your legs out then you can swap the dresses and skirts for a pair of ripped jeans. They’ll still show off your legs a little bit but will keep you protected from the cold too. Win - win!
