3. Promotion Period: Entries must be made from 00:00am 25/03/2016 and 23:59pm GMT 08/05/2016
4. Entrants must be 16 years old or over. By entering the promotion, you confirm that you are 16 years old or over.
5. Purchase required in accordance with point 2 above; internet connection may also be required.
6. The winner will be selected in a random draw from from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place on 09/05/2016.
7. The winner(s) will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the draw and announced on Twitter. In the event that a winner is not contactable or has not responded within 21 days of notification then the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
8. The prize consists of a selection of products from some retailers within our choice of 50 retailers. Contents may vary to the contents that may be shown in YouTube videos or blog posts.
9. By entering, you agree that if they win, you will participate, for no additional fee, in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
10. By entering the promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
12. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to vote), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to participate in the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entry or entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received registrations or winner notifications.
15. Any personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. By entering the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use the data collected from you for the purposes of sending you marketing communications on sales and promotions held by the Promoter. The data will not be disclosed by the Promoter to any other organisation that is not associated with the Promoter.

17. A full list of winners will be available for up to six weeks after the date of draw of the winner, by sending a SAE to the address detailed above.
