This is it guys, the home stretch! It's officially the holidays and officially the hardest time of the year to fit into my pants. Sorry. Historically, I haven't been so great at making it to the gym during the month of December. So many parties, FINALS, dark so early, too cold to get out of bed in the morning.... my list of excuses is about as long as a CVS receipt. But you know what has the power to change that? The power to shut down my excuses? The perfect playlist.
