Here at UNiDAYS, we believe in students—you're the future and you deserve a voice! What they'll get
The winner of UNiDAYS Student Woman of the Year will get £2000!
Four runners-up will receive £100 plus £100 to spend at Missguided.
The winner and runners-up will be filmed to share their stories. They'll also be invited in for a day of mentoring and Q&As with the women at UNiDAYS.

We're looking for female-identifying students in the UK, who've made a real difference to society. This could be any kind of contribution you find inspirational be it social, cultural, political, educational or economic.

UNiDAYS Global General Counsel
Winner of the 2017 Executive of the Year at the Women in Business Awards, Situl has a keen interest in promoting and supporting female entrepreneurship. As part of UNiDAYS SMT, Situl leads our Legal team, providing expert advice on internal and external operational matters.
Mai Fenton
UNiDAYS Marketing Director EMEA
While her career has been centered around marketing, Mai has always had a passion for people, championing diversity, talent development and gender equality, with a natural ability to spot potential. She is and has been a mentor to people at all levels.
Tamara Castelli
UNiDAYS Head of Data and Insights
Having recently been recognised in the inaugural "Twenty in Data", an initiative launched by Datatech Analytics and non-profit organisation, The Female Lead, Tamara is passionate about making the world data-driven and the opportunities this creates for developing individuals in their careers.
Nicola White
Missguided Head of Affiliates
Over the last 10 years Nicola has forged a career in Performance Marketing, previously running a 70 strong department of affiliate marketers and guiding their early stage careers, post graduation. She now looks after the Affiliate & Student performance channels at International fashion brand Missguided.
Phoebe Gormley
Founder of Gormley & Gamble
Dubbed Saville Row's Queen of Style, Phoebe was listed in Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2017 for her contribution to the Arts. Most recently she's set up Female Founders Presents, a not-for-profit to support and empower fellow female entrepreneurs, while simultaneously helping women of the developing world improve their lives and those of their families.
