Terms & Conditions

  • Must remain in contract beyond the 14 days grace period
1. The following terms and conditions apply to the promotional offer offered by Glide Utilities Ltd (“Glide”) through MyUNiDAYS Ltd (UNiDAYS).
2. This promotion is for a Restaurant Choice Card with a value of a £50 pounds sterling to be exchanged in line with the relevant T&Cs of the voucher. The voucher has no alternative value and cannot be exchanged for any other alternative promotion.
3. To enter into this promotion, signup your house to Glide through UNiDAYS website/portal/app and choose a Glide Energy package. You will also need to make sure all of your housemates have also signed up and a minimum of 1 bank card has been registered.
4. The promotion is available to new domestic tenant customers only who sign their house up to Glide.
5. The offer is not available to customers who already are a Glide customer except where you take Glide at a new house.
6. The promotion is available to customers who have signed up for the Glide Energy package which includes all of the following services:
a. gas (where there is a gas supply at your property);
b. electricity;

7. If all of your services do not start within 2 months or if you cancel your Glide order within your 14 day cooling off period, you will not be eligible for this promotion and if you have already received the promotion, you will be required to return it or to pay for it at the face value of £50.
8. You agree to share the promotion between all the tenants. Glide are not responsible for the division of this promotion between housemates and cannot be held liable if this does not happen.
9. The promotion may be withdrawn if any tenant in your house does not keep their payments to Glide up-to-date including registering a valid payment method on your account.
10. This offer is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Glide or their families and excluding Glide’s agents.
11. By undertaking a sign up to Glide you recognise that you could be initiating the change of supply process to transfer your energy away from you current supplier. By doing this you are confirming that you are acting in an authorised capacity for your household and have the permission of all the bill payers.
12. Only one promotion per household will be permitted.
13. All promotions are non-transferable.
14. Glide has arranged this promotion in good faith but cannot accept any liability related to the promotion.
15. Glide reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this promotion without notice and it will be available for a limited period only.
